Jorge Somaca Square, located in the barrio Chapellin Caracas and designed by Enlace Arquitectura, is part of the publication NESS.doc 2 Landscape as Urbanism in the Americas. The book was directed by Charles Waldheim and the Office of Urbanization at the Harvard Graduate School of Design GSD, and focuses on the notion of landscape as territory and as an urban operation. It includes a series of essays and compiles works and projects from the entire Latin American region grouped into five themes: Biological Environment, Resilient Grounds, Performative Systems, Revealed Protocols and Assembled Natures.

Jorge Somaca Square is a project of Caracas Mi Convive, funded by the Swiss Embassy in Venezuela.
