I want to have a baby like you: 36 reproductions

Teenage pregnancy is asocial paradigm that is typical of popular communities in the country. The frequency of pregnancy cases between 11 and 19 years of age is greater in Venezuela than other Latin American countries like Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru. Unlike what most believe, these pregnancies are not accidental, but rather a premeditated search by young women and girls.

The reproductive activity of 36 mothers from the community of La Morán, Caracas has been registered in these sheets. The horizontal axis corresponds to the number of weeks in a year and the vertical axis to years of life. Each hole represents a week. The large holes represent weeks of pregnancy.

The materials are velum paper and metal
